How many treatments are recommended?

I offer two facial reflexology treatment options:

​

• A mini treatment which is specifically tailored for stress and wellbeing. It gets clients into a very deep state of relaxation. It makes a perfect 30 minute stand-alone treatment or as an add on to a full foot reflexology treatment which is extremely relaxing! (A favourite with clients!)

• A full facial reflexology treatment: choose between a 60 minute or a 45 minute treatment which includes cleanse and hot towel.

As with most complimentary therapies, in an ideal world, it is beneficial to begin by having treatments on a regular basis, for example once a week for 3-6 weeks. Over time, this produces a cumulative effect of therapeutic benefits. You may see some positive effects after after just one session but realistically, you would require a minimum of three treatments for the full effects to be seen.

If you are thinking of having reflexology to see if it can bring relief or reduce symptoms for specific condition/issue, bear in mind that to may take a several sessions to be able to see the full effects and benefits from reflexology, so this does require some commitment from clients when booking.
