INCLUDES: Initial consultation & 3 subsequent treatments. Initial consultation is for 90 minutes. All subsequent treatments are 75 minute appointments . Choosing this saver package option saves you £20! -------------------------------------------------------- In an ideal world, to achieve the best results and to feel the full effects of reflexology, combined with lifestyle changes, it is advisable to begin with one treatment a week for at least the first 4-6 weeks, moving onto fortnightly treatments, with the aim to move onto monthly treatments. Frequency of appointments will be discussed with each client. Reflexology needs to be given a fair chance and it does require a commitment from you.
